The entire team at LCI Education is proud to announce the addition of Mr. Sam Rizk to its management team as Vice President of Talent and Culture.
With over 15 years of experience in strategic human resources management, Sam is a recognized leader in organizational development. He has held several key positions with multinational and regional companies, and previously led talent and succession planning for North America at CN.
Always on the cutting edge, Sam has received an MBA from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 university and several certifications throughout his career including the Advanced Level 7 Award in Organization Development and Design from the CIPD Academy in London. He is also a Certified Executive Coach through an ICF accredited program, a member of the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and a certified expert in psychometric talent assessments (SHL Level A & B, Hogan, MBTI, DISC).
His experience will certainly be put to good use in managing the LCI Education employer brand and its subsidiaries, which are present in 10 countries and have more than 2,000 employees.
