Nomination – Sylvie Pinsonnault, President of the Board of Directors

Montreal, QC - LCI Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Sylvie Pinsonnault as President of the Board of Directors. Sylvie will also oversee the HR and Governance committee.

Sylvie’s remarkable career is a testament to her exceptional capabilities. Her diverse skills and expertise are invaluable to LCI Educations’ international growth strategy.

Sylvie Pinsonnault is an experienced board member, currently serving as Administrator at La Vie en Rose and at Conseil de l’innovation du Québec, where she is also part of the audit committee. Sylvie is member of the advisory committee at Intersand; vice-president of the Board of Directors at L’Association des femmes en finances du Québec; member of the external advisory committee at Anges Québec Capital; and involved in the recruiting committee of Réseau QG100.

Prior to her involvement with various boards and advisory committees, Sylvie had a 35-year career in the finance sector, achieving significant leadership positions at Investissement Québec, along with managerial roles at CAE, Scotiabank, EDC, and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton.

Sylvie brings valuable expertise and leadership that will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to our global growth strategy. Strong governance is a vital pillar for LCI Education and its 12 higher education establishments across 23 campuses located on five continents.
